It all depends if the ICU beds are filled. I believe that was one of the main factors.
It is morons like Chris that make lockdowns palatable because just knowing he's not sleeping over it makes me smile.
So quite misleading headline. The doctor quit the science table. Which means he is in disagreement with their decision making. He can do that and he may well be right about the data. But no where does it say Ford is ignoring them.
Considering we had the longest and most stringent lockdown in North America to somehow now state he isn't listening without anything more than this is ridiculous.

the science table....not one has missed a paycheque and they enjoy the power and attention they have been receiving ...more lockdowns and we will have riots. Look at Australia now...thousands of protestors
So reading the CBC article again today the Science table has basically said this doctor is not in agreement wth the table. Thats fine. Its why we have a table to hear dissenting opinions and try to come up with a consensus.
It sounds to me like this doctor is playing the "my way or the highway" game. Should they all ir a majority resign I could see it. But one voice just means a fresh voice might be needed.
