Without makeup, she looks like a cross between Penny Oleksiak:
and Carrot Top:
I kind of thought she looked a bit like Laura Prepon (below) from That 70s Show.
It's probably the prominent redhair and skin tone more than the actual facial features.
They're also both taller and full-figured.

@WyattEarp: I completely agree with Lucy Craig/ Laura Prepon. 'cross between' doppelgangers can be some difficult. I knew there was a famous face to match in the pairing with Carrot Top, but I didn't access Prepon in my memory bank; Penny O was a close approximation of my 'mental picture'.
That's why Koenig was cast as Chekov on Star Trek TOS, to draw the younger audiences.
