just the complete lack of customer service and rip offs available on the net are incredible, you subscribe to an adult site that you are promised video, then it turns out you need the Macromedia Flash player so you download that, well low and behold it still doesnt work, nothing comes up, you email the website designers twice with no answers, this totally sucks
