Since 2004 apparently- as a concept vehicle anyways. And quit calling it a bike... its got 4 wheels and a motor!

Therefore not a bike...

Actually, i could be wrong, but it looks to me like it has 2 wheels, 4 tires. Front wheel has 2 tires, back wheel has 2 tires. 2 wheels = bike.
