interesting idea... almost kind of tempting. I mean I personally would not pay to breast surgery, but i've often wondered what it would be like to have bigger breasts, and if someone else is paying for it that's a bit of a different story. Maybe i'll sign up just for fun. and if i decide against it should i raise enough $ i can just donate it to one of the other girls on the site right

it says on the site that the money can only go to implants, and it gets transferred directly from the site to the doctor. so i wouldn't be able to donate it to charity.

i can't say i've never thought about getting them before... but honestly...what do i really NEED them for? i'd rather spend my money on travelling than getting sliced open and having sacks of silicone stuffed inside me, then being in pain for x amount of days.

If the implants are big, it's like the first and most enduring impression you make would be "Here's me and My Big Hooters! This is basically what I have to bring to the world!" Of course iplants don't have to go big...but then why bother at all?

IMO the fundraising and the surgical know how are best set aside for accident or mastectomy survivors who don't want to go around with only one boob.
