Yup. One of the worst. Had to be sociopathic along with Cheney.

Sorry to disappoint Raggady Andy. My great regret is he died never having to face up to a trial for his role in the war crimes of the Iraq War. He was a career Neo-Con who never saw a Non American as anything but someone who could be killed if it advanced American National interests. And any poor Americans as fodder for the ranks to do just that. Or die during the course of it.

His was the evil of indifference to life coupled with the fake zealotry of patriotism to enrich the warmongers.
