I hear of people joking about their penises shrivelling up to a baby sized finger when they come out of the shower or swimming pool. I've never been able to understand this because my penis does not shrink any smaller than when its in its flaccid state. Its always the same size whether it becomes wet or not.

Sad thing for me is that I look that way even without being in a pool.
