Does anyone ever feel like the same person is contacting them?

I get the same time wasting texts.

Always one after another like someone just made a new numbers and started texting me.

This is following up on my previous red flag post.

If I answer a "hey", or a "hiii" post I'm opening myself up to harassment from an absolute stalker loser with too much time on their hands.

Just as an experiment, I answered all those messages and I've had texts all night and morning wasting my time, misunderstanding me, expecting me to repeat myself and just generally being an ignorant asshole.

Its like they're expecting me to talk to them to death and then I get follow up texts like they don't know who I am, who they're talking to or that we have even previously spoken. Its brutal.

Fake bookings are at an all time high. I even caught a local woman trying to do it. She's so "successful" but resorts to fake booking.

Anyway, they're always one after another. NEVER at the same time. Not once since 6pm have these non-stop time wasting "hey" messages stopped or come in at the same time.

Its one person with no life.

Do other people get this? Is it just me? I have a weird stalker ex boyfriend that's obsessed with me. He's an unemployable crack addict (we didn't date when he was a crack addict)
but he has literally no life and mental health issues. Most of the time I think it's him, but he's not very smart. He's just a loser. He peaked at 19 and he's been obsessed with me for 20 years. It's pathetic. I dont think he's smart enough to make multiple accounts and send me to fake addresses. He can't even afford a phone most of the time. He's basically one of those bums on the street.

I don't think a crack addict would pick paying for new numbers over crack... but he's a super weird stalker and his priorities are f*cked.

Why not turn your phone completely off after a certain time at night and get a good nights rest. And post in your ad something like "I'm only replying back to clients who's msg starts with: Name, age, ethnicity and the hours you are interested in". So if idiots are msging you Hiiii or Heeey then you don't waste time replying back and ignore them or just the ignore feature on your phone to block them out. And if people ask what's already posted on your LL ad then be firm and say look at my ad and if they get upset then that's not people who you wanna meet I guess. For a SP like yourself it's about the funds you need and if you find you have to chat a bit with some clients who'll book cause you want the funds then you'll have to deal with those customers.

Also I recall last year on LL 1 or 2 SPs had ads that said your first msg to them was some code. It was something she had on her profile that you could easily decipher unless you were extremely low IQ so the first msg I sent her was the code and asked if I got it correct incase I slipped up with 1 thing and she mentioned I got it right. Something to think about based on the clients you want.

Oh, that's really smart. I did that last year, too. I sent free photos to people who actually read my ad so that I knew I wasn't dealing with an idiot. I figured if they took the time to read my ad, I could take the time to send them a free photo or two.

It's so hard to reach the people with common sets. There's so many trash people we have to weed through.

You don't need to send free pics, but you do you. Personally I think you need to firm up and put your foot down to time wasters especially if you're wasting time overly texting clients who most likely don't even wanna meet up. You could easily end a small convo by saying "Do you plan on booking or not?" Your ad on LL explains enough and has enough pics so it should be a matter of a client informing you their name, age, etc. like I said and getting on with the show. There's also SPs on here who have other stricter rules for clients like have references from other SPs they've seen at least twice which easily weeds out time wasters.

You did your experiment to see how things went down, I'd say now just firm it up. You could also put on your LL ad what you offer and your restrictions. DFK, LFK, Digits, BBBJ, CIM, etc. unless you have some quick copy and paste thing you text back when they ask then fine.

Its the love spammers. If you play nice they will send you some generic pic. I played nice and when she asked my name said Bond. James Bond. and she kept on talking... I tried to ger "her" to meet up but she wouldnt...

Now I have changed tack...

I simply reply back...

"Finally wtf? You know I told you to bring the cash by [insert time 5 minutes earlier] if you ever want to see her again. I told you I wasnt messing!

They never respond...

If they ask me if I want a job - some random employment agency I say "Yeah but I only do Bank Jobs"

If it is the same person with different numbers - It is a text app. I have told you before how to search for them before even replying. You choose not to for some reason. You could save yourself a lot of hassle if you just checked.

Some good suggestions already.
Just block the number(s) if you know they're time wasters. That's a lot easier than wasting your time reading and responding to them endlessly. It may be annoying but better than wasting your time and energy responding. I've done that with a few times and never hear from them again.
