I mean WATCH

There are a variety of ways to see everything you are doing on the screen whether you are typing or viewing, but to watch you there would have to be a camera.

What are you doing anyways? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink. Know what I mean. Say no more.

or him playing a game
but he can see you walk around etc...
like a double screen I guess
( im I making any sense )
LOL

he also claims there are spyware stuff in the bathrooms
which I know is illegal!
but how can I find out if he is full of shit or its really true

and no I am not doing anything
just dont like the idea of someone watching me all the time

Between a rock and a hard place
Spy cams are cheap and easily concealed. They can also be easily linked to a central multiplex network and viewed from a single securityworkstation. In fact I am sure given the current technology they can be veiwed using specialized software from anywhere over the internet. meaning he can go home and watch you from there too.

Look for little button like protuberances in your workstation. An out of place rivet in the supports of your cubicle. A little piece of decor with a dark or shiny hub. A small lense in the middle of a thermostat or light switch. The possibilities are vast now.

Just get a new job... he sounds like a real dork. I imagine this is his attempt to be funny... but who knows.

There are a myriad number of ways where pinpoint cameras can be hidden, some have wireless transmission and yes, can be monitored remotely, even at home as someone mentioned. That and keystore monitors make for a very intimidating work environment. If you can prove that he is spying you should sue for invasion of privacy and harrassment, unless you specifically agreed to being monitored while at work. Guy seems a bit off to me unless you are involved in work that necessitates extreme security.

from page 2 of the first link I posted.

Most Internet spy shops sell devices that can detect the radio signals emitted by audio bugs and hidden cameras. Proper use of these devices requires some research, though, because the ranges of frequencies they scan are often limited, and many ordinary household devices can cause false positives. Also, if a spying device doesn't transmit continuously, you won't detect it unless you're scanning at the right moment.

Actually there's a ton of stuff he could do if he talked to the right / wrong people. From A/V surveillance to key logging to viewing live what pages anyone are calling up.

Best advice is that if you have real suspicions, leave. You can try to fight it, but you may have to prove it and a lot of Police Dept.s are just not up on all the crap people can get into.

And if he trys to tell you he does this, who cares if it's real? He obviously is into head games and that is really bad too.

Just a hint though. Find a job first before you leave, if you can.

Just my to Euros...

It could be just an odd sense of humour, I doubt he'd tell you if he was really watching you.
A test if anyone suspects a mirror might be a two-way one, touch the surface. If your fingernail doesn't meet the reflection and there's a gap, it's fine.

I have heard of the fingernail tip before, but did find this interesting from the same article.

This from William Beaty, electrical engineer, Seattle: "... simply turn the lights off in [the] room, then place a bright flashlight against the mirror surface. If there is a hidden chamber behind the mirror, the flashlight will illuminate it, and since you're in a darkened room, you'll see the hidden chamber."
