I think you can have Bell block, blocked calls forcing the caller to dial directly and then they'll know who it is through call display. I'm not a huge fan of call display, although I do prefer that gentlemen verify with me. Fact is, I'd prefer them to CHOOSE to give me the info to feel safe with them. I don't care for call display. I figure, if someone wants me to know who's calling, they'll tell me.
