Research shows people spend more money when depressed, I wonder if its true.
How does it work in your life?
Does spending makes you happier even for a short while?
Whats the best cure for when your feeling down?

When do I hobby?

I guess when I'm happy.

The same happens before I drink.

If I'm depressed then I just don't do anything...

Everytime I get depressed looking at how badly overdrawn my credit cards are, I go to the store and purchase some new clothes to cheer myself up!

Not spending money is more depressing. Not spending all your acquired wealth when you pass away unexpectedly is even more depressing.

I can only spend money when I'm in a good mood. I think i'm too conservative with my dough - spending it when I'm down would only make me feel worse. I've never bought anything as a "pick-me-up".

I hobby when I'm happy. I hobby when I'm sad to a reasonable level of disappointment. However, there have been times where I couldn't dip in...
