You can't really go back with the fakes, the only way to reduce the skin once it has stretched is to cut some out, then it ends up looking really horrible. That being said, a good set going into the right size skin should last 15+ years before maintenance is required, so 5 sets might be a little pessimistic.

Nope, not a big fan of them. They just don't look "right" or feel right. Having said that, I'm not an absolutist about it.
Regarding Kacy's point of view, I can put myself in a headspace of finding it a sort of psychological attraction, in the same way that other body mods can be.

More importantly, the person who gets them loses face and respect in my eyes, especially if she was already hot. It's a contemptable act of "Me Too-ism" and an unattractive declaration inadequacy. That might be on the judgemental side, but that's how I see it.
To me implants should only be for mastectomy or accident victims who could use something to draw attention away from their huge scar.

I don’t like implants at all. I’d rather have a girl that has no tits or really droopy saggy tits than a girl that has implants.

It always amazes me how whenever there is a thread like this, the posters come out solidly in favour of natural. But when a dancer gets implants, she finds that business improves. Either Terb guys have very different taste than average SC guys, or there are lots of guys who say they prefer natural, but end up choosing dancers with implants without realizing, because they look better.
Some women get them for reasons of insecurity or whatever, but some really need them. Caramel is a good example of someone who had sagging, who had more reason to do it than just someone who was small. I know a woman who had very large breasts, and breast-fed her baby. After that she had very large skin and no breast tissue. They were horrible. So she got giant implants, not because she is the kind of person who likes giant implants, but just because she had to, to fill up all the skin. So not everyone with implants should be judged too harshly, in my opinion.

When a guy see's the girl for the first time, it's hard to tell when she has her clothes on, and he's intrigued by the size, and shape. But after the first time, if he doesn't like the hard feel(I know not all), and the fact that now he knows they're implants, then she probably wont get a repeat.
