Do SPs use TERB as a way to get feedback to "improve" their performance?

I find it hard to believe that they do. In fact, I think that very few SPs even actually read the reviews (let alone follow any advice provided). But I could be wrong. So, I'm wondering if some SPs could shed light on this. TYIA.

Don't kid yourself most read the reviews. Most use the feedback as a performance tool, but I don't believe that the SP is going to be goated into providing a service they are not comfortable with either.

There is always the case of a few SPs that refuse to improve of which the reviews then protect us as a warning.

Why do we need feedback from them on a question like this?

Of course there is pressure from us to add to their menu, I think it sometimes goes beyond their comfort level. I don't see how reading terb improves their technique, that can only be done one-on-one with experience.
Some things they do on their own, like get tattoos or implants - in this case they're responding to the culture around them and not us.

Many SP's that I am aware of do not read Terb, because they do not like it, and they don't like us and the mean things we say about them and women in general. Don't kid yourselves - they do not approach this industry from the same place we do.

I know agencies don't often want the SPs reading reviews, especially the negative ones, because they really hurt their feelings. This leads to drops in confidence and hurt feelings, and possibly exit from the industry.

The reviews aren't written for the SP, they're written for 2 reasons 1) the reviewer's ego, and 2) the benefit of other hobbyists. If you want to improve an SPs service, you ought to communicate with the agency directly, I'd think.

The smarter, more business-oriented SPs use TERB as an invaluable market research tool. One SP told me that she researched TERB for 6 months before entering the industry as an indy.

Yes, it's included in their annual evaluation for bonus purposes.

Just kidding of course. If we were reviewed by horny and demented strangers after every work assignment, we might go nuts. Just ask the TTC drivers, but on them it looks good.

Most of the SPs I know, myself included obviously, read their reviews, as well as others' reviews. I also lurked on Terb for a couple months before entering in the business, learning about the typical services and run-down of an appointment, and getting a feel of the differents agencies in the biz. I've certainly picked a trick or two from reading reviews, but contrary to what the OP's question implies, not from my own reviews: for instance, I would read in another SP's review about a little detail that made the client feel great (enough to mention it in the review) and make a mental note to do the same in the proper circumstances.

So, yes, some of us do read reviews as a form of "constructive feedback". But for me, it's more about the little details than the intimate part of the encounter.

If they don't read a review that has constructive critism then they are missing the point. I am only talking about constructive critism where the intend is not to be harmfull or hurtfull. I think what we are clients get out of the reviews is an opion that we can decide to take or not. However if a lady is using fake photos then she should see that those photos aren't fooling anyone once a review is posted and verified on terb.
