Disability insurance for self-employed

Does anyone know firms that provide disability insurance to self employed.

I am a partner in a small firm and have been charged with the task of organizing insurance.

I think Manulife may be the only one that does.

Do a search on the net, there are about 6 companies in Canada that provide this type of service.

I was interested in this insurance as well, just haven't gotten around to signing up.

If you are a member of one of the prof. assoc. ie CA's, lawyers etc the members benefits packages usually include cost effective coverage.

Mine's with GreatWest. Their record with friends who claimed has been excellent.
