Get or Give

I had to give back some because there is no sense in management. They fire the only woman in this place that did most of the work. Now it's down hill.

The only people in my Organization that got raises in cash are the one's that didn't do any work at all. They are
the one's who can give KitKat [kissass] or move up to Bubblegum Jumbo {BJ} get more money than the average joe/jane.

In the real world people with no post-secondary education will have more KitKat or Bubblegum Jumbo in their pockets than anyone because that is all they did in high school during break.

I rest my case. This all gist.

Dude, I have to wonder about your logic! I have 10 yrs. of university and my buddy has nothing but high school. He is a multi-millionaire and I have a profession. We both started at the same company, in sales. tists.

When I hire people I want to know what they are bringing to the table not just an academic resume, as many suck up artists got their degrees using their particular skills.
Well unfortunately I am with the crap of the crap.
Your friend sounds like the creme of the creme of post-education.
Take Bills Gates for ie 1/2 university but succeed. There are others or some with 1/2 university and not doing well, or married the right girl because her daddy owns a company. It's a gamble and I end up with clown.

I am surrounded by the worst clown. Kiss ass and don't sell or work. But every time the boss is around they pretend everything is peachy. And just act as if they are working. When clients call several time that day that is when they start pushing the papers.

My only raise bonus would be if I bend forward and that is not possible.

BTW my clowns wear expensive ties. That is one sign I will look for next time. Yeah I know it doesn't say much but... I be more cautious.

In Food & Hospitality industry there is no word as Bonus!
Rather the so-called owners even try to grab the gratuties and other funds also. Its a cruel world where they are not accountable at all, & there is no one to supervise or check them. Most of them even are not registered with WSIB even which is a greater risks for workers, sad that a country like Canada even have sweat shops over here, whereas people think its only in Asian Contries, its worse over here how some employers suck blood of their employees for their own seflish benifits.

Interesting...I own a business. The bonus plan is set up so that employees get 20% of pre tax profit. Half at Christmas and half at year end (July 31). The percentage of that money varies depending on the efforts of each employee over the previous six months, the dollar amount varies based on the same criteria - greater efforts normally equal greater profits. BTW...no, I'm not hiring.

A man who was well hung and smelled wonderful. Knew how to pleasure me and took me over the edge time and time again.

Then he paid me double my rates........

Yes, but it was very disappointing.

Our revenue as a group was up 60 percent over last year. In a group of perhaps 150 people, I brought in around 12 percent of the revenue for the entire group and I competatively bid work, (whereas a large part of our volume is based on sole source work.)

Yet my bonus (and my fellow slaves) was exactly the same as last year.

The natives are restless I can assure you.

We're all watching to see what our raises are in January and if they disappoint, there will be departures.
