Asking for Lawsuits?

I'm no lawyer,(I don't even play one on TV),

but I think that law enforcement would have to be very careful what information gets put into this system. Prostitution is not illegal in canada. I think Pimping is and sex with minors is so if they publish information on the wrong customers they could be in for heap big trouble legally speaking.
