Russia: Former deputy mayor of Krasnoyarsk, Alexey Davydov (39), fell out of an 11th floor window of the Investigative Committee building during interrogation. He was detained 5 days ago on suspicion of bribery.

It was the guy being interrogated in the corruption case against Davydov that fell.
Davydov is still in jail.
