So I guess the City of Toronto is proposing to tear down the north market and replace it with a new structure for 75 mil. All well and good since what's there really is a P.O.S.
Never the less, check out the crazy ideas that they have in store for us. The blue design is an absolute abortion.
The Green design draws its inspiration (sort of) from the existing market, but even it reminds me of some over-done glass atrium styled Loblaws.
Why is it that the architects involved can't design something in keeping with the history of the area?
