Wow, did they ever stink it up today. At least my shitty Cleveland Browns made a fight of it this week. Almost 3 in a row!

But wow, I can't believe how bad the Lions had gotten. At this point in the 4th quarter, they have a total of 80 yards offense, and I'll bet if they discount the interceptions, they won't get over 100 yards this week. How pathetic. I'm not even sure that's possible.

Cool...Not sure about DenWa, but I stick with my Lions through invisible and thin -- although it's tough cheering for a team that's mathematically eliminated each year by Labour Day.
At least we always managed to beat Dallas.

Until today.

I was hoping my post would go under mrpolarbear's. Speedo beat me to it. Oh well...

To put things in perspective, for those of us in Detroit (or just fans of the Leos), rooting for the Lions is a lot like rooting for the Maple Leafs.
Does that clear things up?
Yeah, but even the Leafs won championships a recent as the 1960s.

... I dunno, after watching my Seahawks almost throw away the game to the Bears, and having to make a field-length drive in the 2 minute drill to pull it out... I'd watch these guys.

Of course, Chris Chandler a.k.a. Crystal Chandelier is the most fragile QB still in the game. He's been knocked out of 3 of his last 8 starts. Just hit him and its 3rd stringer time...

Leafs will never win the cup - as long as they are owned by the teacher's pension fund.

The pension fund only cares about making money and not winning. As long as they give the impression that the leaf's are competitive....then fans will always go.

There's no point in supporting a team that will never have a remote chance of winning.

But DenWa, the real question is, will you or I live to see the day that either of those happen?
Well, medical science is doing wonders with extending life expectancy, so there's always hope, right? :)
