2 things, first if there is actually a real issue here you should speak to Lisa directly because she has the ACTUAL facts and not a 3rd hand report of what actually happened.

Secondly, a client shows up late, by 10 mins and then takes an additional 10 mins to leave past his time, with another client who is on his way and rather than squeeze you into a situation, she decided to call you and cancel as soon as she was able to. It was fairly prompt, and it kept the schedule for the rest of the day on track.

I know it sucks to be bumped, but honestly we get bumped several times a day.. Sometimes it's a legit reason, sometimes the client called 5 different girls and got a better price. ect

This is a legitimate reason, and rather than being rushed or made to wait.. (which is everybodys pet peeve) Lisa opted to cancel.

It's not a perfect business, and we make judgement calls, and no matter what nobody is going to be always happy, all of the time.

You don't get it, the client that shows late should have his appointment shorten, not the next guy that should be cancelled, just bad decision. And simple, hour appointment becomes 45 minutes.... It is not a legitimate reason to cancel the next guy.....

The part you guys are not understanding, is that this was her first day back after 6 months, and she was here for only 2 days. Obviously we have to do the best we can to accommodate as many people as possible. And when you have a series of setbacks, we didn't have a chance to catch up.
