How does one go about permanently deleting their profile on e-harmony?? The site does not appear to give you this option.

The link in the article is for eharmony.com - not sure if it works for .ca (assuming you are on .ca). Maybe change the link to .ca and try it?

How about just contacting help on their website? I'm sure they can advise or even do it for you.
So i guess no luck or did you find your one?
Is it really as good as the commercials says?

hey how about a review of your experience?
I'm not interested in joining, just curious to hear some feedback other than ones on tv.

For kicks I created a (free) account and I was surprised by how many questions I had to answer. It must have taken me at least a half hour to fill in the application.

A couple observations...

There were questions about physical appearance and how important it is to you. For a guy, that's critical. But I was surprised there weren't any questions about how much money you make or how successful you are (at least, if there were I don't recall them). I would think women want to know that. I'd be interested to know if the questions for women are different than those from guys.

In the few days since I created the account, I've had at least a dozen matches emailed to me. Which makes me suspicious that eHarmony just sends you some fake ones to get you interested. They were all very generic and, IMO, boring. Too many chicks telling me how intellectual they are. Ugh! I really don't care what poetry you're reading right now.

I'm going to put into my profile that I like dirty, nasty sex just to see what the response is, LOL! :p

Edit: Holy fuck!!! I just looked at the subscription prices... $60 a month??? Fuck that. I was just curious to see what these broads look like. Not anymore.

$60.00 a month!! For that money you have a down payment on a great rub and tug. Variety too, as it IS the spice of life. Like that fake Dr. on the American commercial for "Online Booty Call" says, "marriage is the leading cause of divorce". And although statistically men who are married live longer, I have 2 things to say about that, 1) to quote Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), "It just seems longer", and 2) from Bill Maher, "Yes, and an indoor cat lives longer too".

I think the truth is they have a ton of ladies that want a hubby and there arent as many guys up for the job to match the demand.
I get that impression as well, since the site's appeal is relationship-driven and weeds out the guys just looking for sex.

I'm being bombarded with requests for info from women to the point my inbox is constantly full. Desperation in the air...

the hobby needs more capitalism
as TOBOUND mentioned, the women on there are looking for husband material. So play the part and go with it, they usually give up the pussy soon enough and once they start stamping their feet, take off and move to the next victim.

Yes I remember it took a couple of hours for me as well. I lied through most of the questions cause couldn't put that 'I am a professional sex maniac that likes to pay for sex cause its easier and cheaper than the bar scene...But looking for a sensual educated woman with morals and values'.

Agree 100% with TOBOUND.
