I'd love for Toronto to threaten separation, but in reality I can't think of a worse nightmare than having our city council as a federal government. After the exodus, those of us who aren't mobile would be stuck in the Utopia of street kids, bike couriers, overgrown hippies, yogic flyers & excentric professors.
