David Cameron probably has nothing else better to do. The Tory back-bencher definitely has nothing else better to do. I agree that any sicko that makes or distributes kiddie porn need to be dealt with harshly, but trying to enforce filters just plain doesn't work. Let's hope those rules don't end up here, otherwise Terb is practically done for.
