DATY Risk factors? What viruses can be contracted?

Saw an SW 36 hours ago, she said she was clean and recently tested. I went down on her for a lil bit and she gave me a HJ with condom, nothing else was done.
The next morning my lips were tingling and I was shook, so I went and got Azithromycin as a preventative measure to any possible chlamydia gonorrhea or syphilis.
I was looking up online and saw that its hard to pass HPV through DATY and I know I should have used a dental dam if I really wanted to.
I apologize in advance for making another thread like this, but the input from members here would be great.
I told my SO I did have cold sores growing up and kind of worried about herpes now considering i never actually had cold sores I had perioral dermatitis

Trying to be prepared incase I have to be upfront with my SO come next month when I see her.

Also will be getting tested in 3-4 days.

My SO does get pap smears so im most concerned about the HPV.

HPV extremely unlikely. HSV much more likely. You won't know until it materializes, then you'll have to deal with the aftermath. Sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear but that's the facts.

You can get Herpes, HPV, Syphillis, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Hepatitis B from DATY and very, very, very rarely HIV (If you have a cracked lip and she has a detectable viral load).
However get tested regularly and vaccinate for HPV (Gardasil 9) and Hepatitis (Twinrix).

for HSV can I just say I was smoking with some friends? pretty sure I might have it, considering my lips were tingling like 3 hours after. I have had cold sores since I was younger so not sure if I would have already had it right.
This was literally my first ever experience with a SW

Tingling is a symptom of an oral herpes virus (coldsore) breakout.

You should go to a walk in clinic TODAY to see a Dr, OR a pharmacist who can prescribe a big dose of Valalcyclovir.

If you get it into your system at the earliest stages (tingling) you can drastically reduce the severity of the outbreak, maybe even stop it before it erupts.

Whether it is a recurrence of your childhood infection (will recur on the same spot as your childhood outbreaks) OR it is a newly acquired infection it will help reduce the severity and duration of the outbreak.

And if it is a new infection, it may very well prevent future recurrences.

When it comes to your SO, if you have recurrent oral cold sores, you should obviously disclose it to her ... AND go on a prophylactic, daily dose of valalcyclovir to supress latent, asymptomatic viral shedding that you could infect your SO.

DON'T WAIT! Literally every hour counts to knock it down so it doesn't fully develop.

Pharmacists can prescribe it under the Minor Ailments program in Ontario.

Sounds like you got infected. It's best you a stop hiding this and come clean to your SO as they are most likely affected too.

If you already had tingling, you likely passed it on to the SW.

Please contact the SW to tell her of your symptoms so she can seek quick, prophylactic treatment. It is the ONLY decent thing to do. Text her anonymously if you want but tell her. Hours count. Women can get VERY painful, extensive lesions all around and in her labia, t'aint and anus.

As for HPV, you won't feel anything from that and it takes much longer to show symptoms, which are visible.

I've told my SO about my child hood cold sore breakouts, with my last cold sore breakout happening in 2020-2021, which was when I was also abstaining from sex for a few years.

But PLEASE go the the pharmacy NOW and get some valcyclovir. It is not toxic and has very low risks of side effects. It's really a no-brainer so stop thinking and go get the medicine!

Futhurmore the tingling on lips might be from lube one her vagina, KY,or even douches like Vagisil that she might be using.
STD transmission is too early for you to have symptoms that quickly

HPV is highly transmissible also but your immune system usually clears most strains but if you are unlucky some strains may result in oral pharyngeal carcinoma which may not show up for years. DATY is the leading cause of this cancer now, having past smoking and alcohol as risk factors.

Yes, HPV is very easily transmissible, and most people have it, albeit without symptoms before it clears in a year or two.
Also the vaccine does not prevent all strains of HPV and even with the strains of HPV it is supposed to protect it won't have an impact on ones that are already present at the time of vaccination.
Most likely your tingling is a past infection, but not from this specific instance of DATY.
On the other hand, if you already had contracted some STI which is now causing the tingling, you may have passed it on to the provider.
I say as next steps wait 2 weeks and get a full workup done. Watch out for any symptoms.
If you do test positive for something, notify the provider so she can take appropriate steps.

Hope your issue resolves quickly. As an FY,I why as a first time seeing an SP would you book someone for 4 hours? Foolish IMO. You would have been better to book a hh or an hr with a well-known and reviewed SP to walk you thru your first SP experience.

I took the 4 valacyclovir ,taking another 4 after 12 hours. I also took antibiotics as stated previously, 1 gram of Azithromycin, which could stop Syphilis, Gonorrhea and chlamydia before it develops (hopefully).

Anything elseI should be worried about? I see my SO in a month, will my possible HSV be transmissible? It was oral after all, can it go to the genitals? I dont have burning urine or anything like that (yet hopefully)

Im not trolling, there are SW's out here who are scamming. I just happened to be the one that got scammed, I didnt want to mention this part but I thought I should have.
She told me she doesn't provide bare services at all and considers herself high end and very selective? She also said she was tested about 4 weeks ago, however I can't know that for sure, said she was clean, also did state that if she had herpes she would know as she told me she doesn't (hard to believe, as HSV is so common), I did read around, and it does seem if its tingling lips, it means it was a previous HSV infection which was dormant that is reactivated i guess? I hope so...

Now my only concern is the HPV and Im wondering how transmissible it is from DATY, we didnt kiss, we just sat together watched a movie and I played with her breasts, then went down on her as she gave me a CB HJ.
I don't believe I am ever going to engage in this hobby again as its not for me. I understand the risks now and I feel stupid for not understanding them before.

My SO and I have been together for 2 and almost 1/2 years now, she gets PAP Smears every year and its worrying that something might show up, however I did read HPV can sit dormant for a really long time, so I could play that off, she has the vaccine for it as well.
