I had a few thoughts when I first saw this. Was it a publicity stunt? How did it happen, like did his safety harness get snagged somehow? Now, I wonder if this dude is going to get fired, or if it was an actual accident...

Regardless, it is crazy lucky this guy wasn't killed. I mean, how do you hold on that long with a broken wrist?

It appears to be a real accident, his arm got caught in the rigging/cable as the equipment was being raised, as reports say.

He will not be fired, MOL (Ministry of Labour) will conduct a thorough investigation.
