Hnilicka in goal for the Czechs! Smart move. While Voukun didn't get enough credit for his play in the WC, so far in Torino, hes had a bad goal in every game and it was getting into the Czech's heads. He obviously assumed it would be Hasek's tournament and wasn't mentally ready.
In the '04 playoffs I moved Kubina ahead of Chara & Regher in my rankings of the worlds best all-round defencemen. I hadn't seen him again since the lockout until yesterday's game. Too bad I can't watch the entire game to compare Chara & Kubina head-to-head.
Kaberle might be the best puck-carrier in the league right now, I want to see more of him on the national team too.
