19 on Friday...wonder what you will be doing?? I think a good bike ride is in order after all that fat you ate during Easter...and how selfish not to invite your fellows :p

FAT? What fat? Beef tenderloin- excellent cut of steak (some would say the best...), grilled skinless chicken breast, grilled atlantic salmon, shrimp, scallops, baked taters, grilled veggies, angus burger, caesar salad with light dressing, not a whole lotta fat there my friend!

Besides... I also rode 150 kms this past Easter Weekend! :rolleyes:

(and yes, I will most definitely be riding Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and probably Saturday as well...)

bugging you...sounds great, I had the turkey thing, would have liked something different this year..but not alot of time to prepare and cook this year, things have been crazy in life lately :(
