I have posted my reservations during this time to see a SP in another post, but couldn't take it anymore especially after hearing all the great reviews of Miss RR. Now let me tell you! This is one fine women who cares for her customer base. I had made an appointment this morning but as we all know life happens and Miss RR had to cancel. No problem on my end as I totally get it, I was SO IMPRESSED with level of effort Miss RR made to make it up - I have to say she did everything and anything she could think of - unfortunately I couldn't take her up on any of her offers but did make a future appointment. I wanted to post this to acknowledge the effort made and the sincere apology that she provided - both were not warranted but was welcomed never-the-less.
