Current 24 hr Gyms & Hotel Gyms

It seems Premier has done away with their 24hr facilities this year - Davenport is closed and Beaches isn't all-night anymore. Infrormation on their website is out of date and they never returned my call.

So other than Strictly Fitness & Adrenaline, are there any other gyms open over night?

Also, does anyone have experience with the gyms in large hotels which sell memberships or day passes? Are there ones that are always open?

Strictly was good when I could get buy 3 months at a time for cash at $50-$60 a month, but the current $90 month-to -month is too much and contracts & pre-auth payment is out of the question.

Back in the 90's the old Powerhouse gym on the Queensway in Mississauga used to be 24 hrs.
Its under a different name now and I'm not sure if it still is.

How about the old Monster Gym on Ronson -there was a change in management a while back and I can't honestly tell you the name of it now, but; to my knowkedge it's 24 hours.

Most hotel gyms close by 10pm to avoid liability with no staff present.

Downtown Sheraton is 24hrs but not sure if after-hour acess to non guest. Their pool is open for lunch swim for walk-in in the summer time.

Heard they may change that policy as guests not comfortable with few bad walk-ins.

Aside, Westin hotels bring Reebok workout machine to your room for busy-bodies that like to do it afterhours.

Rhino's Gym.....not sure if it still is but a few years back it was 24 hours.....

I am am member of the Vision fitness on the Queensway (formerly Powerhouse) and they are open 24 hours during the week and close on weekends at 8 pm. Memberships are around $35.00 per month.

I used to go to a place with my ex girlfriend not too long ago that was on either Steeles east or Shepard east called Canada Health.

I tried a google search with no luck. I doubt they would be closed down.
