curious about escort/agency relationships

I have always been curious about this....

If an agency is charging $X for a session, how much does the escort typically get out of $X? Is it different for incall vs. outcall? Is it wildly different between agencies?

Not looking for specific details of any specific agency, more just, what is the industry standard here?

I don't know how Canadian agencies handle it.

But I know that in the US, there is usually some split between the SP and the agency, regardless of incall or outcall.

Some splits which I've heard are:

SP/Agency

50/50 - typical
55/45
65/35 - no better split than this for the SP

At one incall place I went to I was told that of the $250 hourly fee, the lady kept $175.

It's normally 60:40 or thereabouts in the girl's favour for outcall places.

So, from the above, a typical hour long booking would net the SP at current toronto prices about $120-140 out of $200-250 per hour, and $80-100 out of a 30min incall booking of $140-160.

Same arrangements here in TO. There is also a sliding scale system where it starts 65/35 and end up 50/50 by the 3rd or 4th client. The straight 50/50 is truer of the more expensive agencies but it is 50/50 with the agency providing all expenses.

No. Trying to get a baseline for how much women earn doing this job to estimate what baseline rates for mistresses should be. It's a different situation, but this gives me a starting point.
