Cuba vs Puerto Rico vs Miami vs other?

Gentlemen:

I've been to Cuba a couple of times. It's an almost perfect spot to get what we all are looking for. The disadvantage is the police. It just makes me feel uncomfortable the fact that I cannot talk freely with women. Anyways. I am planning a trip and was thinking of Cuba. However, was wondering about Puerto Rico and Miami. I've heard that there are gorgeous women in Puerto Rico and some of them are very friendly, if you know what I mean. In addition, I've heard that women in Miami are drop dead gorgeous. Do you have any thoughts? Is there any useful information you can share to make my decision? (of course I am looking for nice and friendly women)

PS. Brazil, Costa Rica and so on are too far. That's why I am not considering those places.

Gentllemen:

I did some research in this awsome forum. My conclusion is: Rio, Costa Rica, Medellin, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Vegas. I will try the three at the top of my list. Thanks.

Cuba use to be the place to go hands down. I first went in 1996. It was awesome. Has gone downhill since. You use to be able to meet some beautiful non pros and spend your entire vacation with them if you chose to. Now you cant be seen in public with a cuban woman. Police with go after her as soon as they see her. Very difficult now even to find a decent place to take her. Police are going after the places that rent provate rooms too. Cuba definately ruined. Better try someplace else

I have heard lots of good reports from Cuba and Columbia, but must say that my Costa Rica experience was just amazing, and safe too. Sure it may cost a bit more than Cuba or DR, but safety is nice.
