Cayo Coco is an island of Cuba where there is no local other than the workers. All tourists, you can have fun with them but I would forget the loca scene... Good luck!

You can always travel to Moron or Ciego de Avila for "entertainment" purposes. I haven't visited Ciego in twenty years, however, it had a thriving "entertainment" area in the main park of the town years ago....lots of b & b's too!
