Its a good start, isn't it?
All parties that cheat the rules should be fined, I'm not partisan that way.

But note, that this doesn't include the robocall scandal calls yet.
That's still under investigation by elections canada, with the next phase being the court case that can force conservatives who refused to be interviewed before to appear under oath and perhaps allow them to subpoena evidence from CIMS.

The NDP has apologized and is taking responsiblity and have made it clear that they're going to take steps to correct the problem so that theyre robo calls always identifies them. The Tories on the other hand are fighting it in court the Tories take no responiblity for anything, not even something minor like not identifying the caller.

And to equate this to Robogate is absurd. The NDP did not deny anyone thier vote, thier calls weren't about an election, they were about torturing that back stabbing bitch Denise, something I very much enjoyed.
