Everyone is now rushing to fill the gap. SAP, Salesforce.com, Oracle (Siebel) have all very recently announced impending Canadian-based IaaS data center implementations scheduled to open in fiscal 2014, and MS Azure/Dynamics won't be far behind. After that, the remaining CRM applications are garbage in terms of feature rich functionality, so don't bother - If you're not tied to a legacy system now, better to wait 12 months, get your requirements doc'd well, and reassess the market via competitive tender once everyone is actually up and running for a while and their service capabilities and cost to provision are more easily determined.
