Credit help

My Sister is having debt problems , she has gotten a few pay day loans and has a car loans , bottom line she keeps taking pay day loans to pay the pay day loans.
Can anyone recommend a company that will arrang smaller payments .
Does anyone know about Credit counselling service of Toronto are they viable. Any help appreciated.

she should go to credit counselling services- they are legit. or have a consultation with a trustee in bankruptcy- thats free

a trustee can do more than just bankruptcy- either a trustee or a credit counsellor can help
