Craigslist agrees to crack down on erotic ads (so far in the U.S.)

Read a very interesting article online today about Craigslist and erotic ads. This law may quickly make its way to the Canadian craigslist postings.

There would be no legal reason to change this, prostitution is legal in Canada. However Communicating for the purposes of in a public place, or living of the avails of, or human trafficing are in fact ilegal, however they CL are a private entity and can do as they please. But there's no legal reason to stop the ads not in Canada.

Useless , as previously discussed on this site you can now buy an uregistered phone at 7-11. As for the Credit Card payment, these can also be bought pre-paid at places like Money Mart. They will either use this way around or migrate to other sites that will be more than willing to accept them. But as C.K. mentioned no reason to apply this law in Canada, the L.E. prefer it to running after S.W. for Public solicitation.
