No one is advertising on lulu list - thank God. Backpage surprisingly is quite barren, while torontonow.com has seen its KW section expand considerably. I'd say duttslist and 'Toronto Now' are probably the two main places SP's advertise now.

Well, I gotta say...after a few weeks with no CL...no good replacement is up and running yet. Backpage, duttslist etc are pretty lame compared to CL....WTF. Do I really need to resort to buying to local paper just to scan that classifieds again?? That was soooo nineties!
