purple, what are you referring to specifically ? I'm sure LE checks it out the way they do this board and others. In the states there is a move afoot to charge for the people placing ads in the adult services section or to shut it down completely. More attention has been drawn to the issue after the "cragislist killer" has murdered a few outcall escort/masseuses
Are guys really that stupid to fall for some of these. I mean geez if you are going to make a fake ad you would think you wouldn't use pictures of celebrities such as the paris hilton pic the other day, or pics of models, or well know amateurs such as the one that used melissa midwest a while back.

Unfortunately there are guys that are fooled, or at least curious, The diary get's over 100 hits a day, on busy days closer to 200 or more. The visits often confirm the suspicions of many. the tactic by the scammer works, obviously or else they wouldn't keep doing it when the get exposed they find a new picture and a new phone number, if you notice the prince of wales ads now have a new number after being published in the diary.
The ad makes reference to the push in the states to close down CL escort ads, and the fact that police have been working with CL in recent weeks with regard to the criagslist murderer in boston.
If you go to the site they are promoting you'll find it's a skin for xxxblackbook, wich is a scam site looking for your credit card # the string you along with cheap trial periods where you are inundated with fake emails leading you on to extend your trial to a full membership and then the emails stop.
