Legal proceeding were slow down here even before Covid. Everything so far shows that Trump is NOT above the law. Also, he's running out of lawyers...
Trump is first and foremost a grifter and a con-man, another run will screw-up his grifting operation. Then RNC will also stop paying his legal fees if he runs again, and those bills are about to go up. All indications are the lying king will be indicted in Georgia, after the November mid-terms elections. If republicans don't take the House & Senate, there is no way in hell Trump runs again anyway.
