I assume you have tried to look for a backup of the word file. If not there is nothing that is going to repair that file. Most file repair programs need some sort of hashing (digital fingerprint) of the file itself to repair the file. Adding recovery information to a file bloats the file itself and that is why Wordprocessor programs will just create another copy for a backup.
You can force word or notepad to open the file and try to recover some of the text but you will not get all the information back.
