Taxpayers cannot keep paying. Let the major airlines die. It sucks, but it is ridiculous that us mass schmucks can fly around the world on (subsidized?) airlines but we cannot even make our way across the GTA on subsidized transit.
The ultra-rich fly charter or their own plane (owned, joint-owned, etc.) and business can be done online now. We'll all be fine.
