Copying Audio from DVD's

Is there a way on your computer(DVD Shrink, Nero) to extract the audio from a concert DVD, and burn it to CD?

The only other way I can think of is hooking up a DVD player to my stand-alone CD recorder.

To be clear, are you talking about a DVD-audio disc or the audio track(s) from a DVD-video disc?
