I think I know the guy, he looks like a hotdog vendor downtown.

I read that the Constable has been on leave since October 2004 - does anyone else suspect it is due to stress and anger management problems.

Read what Esco wrote, looked at the video again and copied the above. Cop or no Cop can't see where it says that. Mind you I did make a mistake once, uh, no I was in error.

No you aren't blind - Esco's clip doesn't mention that the Motorist was an off duty police officer. He's been on leave for over two years - I suspect (but don't know) stress and anger management issues.

All I have heard is the Cop in Question is not mentally sound and Hasn't been for quite awhile.

The judge ordered him to continue to see his psychiatrist.

The funny thing is it was taped by kids on a classroom outing about having ctv cameras in the downtown core like they do in merry old London. It happend down the street from where I work. It would of been very interesting to see it go down. I hope the cyclist milks this pig's insurance as much as possible. Don't get me wrong, some cyclist think they own the road and dingle dandle in an out of lanes and squeeze through cars like idiots, but in this situation he didnt dererve what he got.
