Converting DVD movie to ipad

Can anyone tell me what is the best way or what kind of software to use to transfer some of my DVD movie collection to my Ipad?

Thanks guys, it works for me. I have also have to download the preset files for ipad.
Also, the video, after it conerted, the size is reduced to 1/4 its original size

Works great for TV shows as well, you can que up all the episodes on a single DVD for ripping....
