Computer Question?

I was wondering if anybody knows how to clear the scroll function or disable it in the web browser bars (not internet exploror bar) I have tried everything from deleting cookies to clearing history to shredding files through my mcaffe virus scan and cant do it. Again this is on the brower bars on yahoo, google, msn and comcast and any other browser site. I must have told it i wanted this funcion but I just dont know how to do it .Thanks

I think you have might to go to your control panel and try to see if the programs are there and just uninstall it, and the other thing you can do is just download firefox
