I get the message : FORBIDDEN You do not have permission to access requested file on this server Anybody have any idea what if anything I can do to get access? Thanks

Maybe the page was deleted on the server side. Maybe whoever maintains the site forgot to change the file permissions.

If you go to: www.samspade.org and type in the URL then check under traceroute, it will tell you whether the site is up or not.
