In his November 17, 2024 lesson on Islamic eschatology, Colorado Islamic scholar Karim Abu Zayd discussed prophecies stating that Islam would enter every home on Earth, and that America and China would fall, with Muslims ultimately conquering Europe. He remarked that Muslims who have emigrated from the East can see how the prophecy of Islam entering every home is “almost realized.” In response to a caller from California, asking about the authenticity of the hadith according to which the Muslims would conquer the Vatican, Abu Zayd responded that the hadith is authentic, and it uses the word, “Rome” to refer to Europe, which includes Italy and the Vatican as well, when the Mahdi arrives. The lesson was streamed live on Abu Zayd’s YouTube channel.

1. There are a number of videos and articles out there saying that the internet is causing many people to leave Islam or at least become token Muslims (just like there are many Christmas and Easter Catholics). It would appear an increasing number of people when exposed to a free and uncensored information source simply leave the faith (same with many other faiths too of course).

2. It is a known demographic trend that people living in cities have fewer children on average than people living in the countryside. The birthrate of Muslims living in the West is also low just like the other demographic groups.

Conclusion: It is doubtful that Islam will take over Europe and North America. The Amish however are another story.

I would like to be the first to welcome our new Amish overlords.
