As finding SPs who provide bbbj has somehow become more difficult recently, is COF even more more difficult to find?? Any suggestions please? BBBJ is a must.

I'm seeing a common issue with the suggestions, that is a delicate matter, but might be a reason for the point of view that there are not a lot of options
