It's not necessarily high beams... Some cars come with high intensity lights that just seem like high beams but aren't... Just as obnoxious though for sure! These clowns that drive with their car's high beams onjust drives me nuts.......I see them daytime or night time. What do you do ??
Agree for sure, absolutely blinding for everyone else and a genuine danger to other drivers. They should be prohibited IMO.It's not necessarily high beams... Some cars come with high intensity lights that just seem like high beams but aren't... Just as obnoxious though for sure!
These people get sold on the greater distance their lights will allow them to see but they have no idea as to how it affects a driver coming towards them. When one of those 'lovely' lights goes they have a heart attack when they call looking for a replacement.....A low quality used one starts in the area of $500....It's not necessarily high beams... problem is they get HID lights in their headlights that were never designed to have HID, and low and behold you have 10x the light being scattered all over the road. This level of stupidity often goes hand in hand with the most beat up and shittiest cars on the road since a ghetto over the shelf HID "kit" costs $40, while a true "retrofit" is around 500-1000$.These people get sold on the greater distance their lights will allow them to see but they have no idea as to how it affects a driver coming towards them. I suspect most of them do, but just don't give a shit about anyone else. These people get sold on the greater distance their lights will allow them to see but they have no idea as to how it affects a driver coming towards them...
Tell me about it. Not sure how it's even possible.BTW what is it with 1 out of every 10 cars with NO LIGHTS ON AT ALL?
I see that rather frequently too and this is on cars that are relatively current models. Another one that bugs the hell out me is automatic lights. More often then not they do not turn on in conditions that warrant their use. Ie when it is raining during the daytime. So they are just running with their day time running lights and their tail lights remain off. It is make the drivers rather lazy and dependent on technology. Another item for the ban list, IMHO.BTW what is it with 1 out of every 10 cars with NO LIGHTS ON AT ALL?
When clowns drive, it's really dangerous, because usually 15-20 of the passengers aren't wearing seat belts.
Now that's funnnny. When clowns drive, it's really dangerous, because usually 15-20 of the passengers aren't wearing seat belts.
most newer cars are equipped with remote mirrors....if they're blinding you from behind....adjust them outward so their own lights are blinding them...they'll either lower the beams or go around you...then its your turn to piss THEM off.....at night if they're blinding me from behind. I drive really slow until they've had enough and go around me, then i go fast and high beam them.
It's possible because in the old days, if you didn't turn your lights on, your instrument cluster wasn't lit either, a (somewhat) obvious sign. But many modern cars, more so the Asian models, have the electroluminescent dials now, that light up all the time. Between that and the light thrown on the road by the DRLs, people think that their headlights are on. Meanwhile, their taillights are unlit.Tell me about it. Not sure how it's even possible.
