I would like to know how the girls manage to keep free of STD's with all the business they get? I so want to check out the scene but am paranoid of catching something and passing it on to my wife.

This thread should be moved to the lounge... but to answer your question, practicing safe sex along with regular check-ups are standard in the industry. IMO, sex with an SP is a lot safer than banging someone you just met in a club.

drlove is right. I always practice the raincoat way so I don't have to worry too much. You can tell (usually) if the SP is clean. If not RUN!

With condoms of course, luckily I don't pay SP's for sex but for erotic games so I don't have to worry about that.
